Inspiration

My favorite books growing up were Where the Wild Things Are, Harry Potter, and anything by Roald Dahl, specifically Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I credit my love of reading to the strict TV watching rules I had growing up, and my mother and grandmother, who seem to always be reading at least five books at a time. My favorite books are Let the Great World Spin, Fight Club, The Great Gatsby, The Goldfinch, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, and anything by Malcolm Gladwell. My favorite movie when I was younger was (and still is) The Truman Show. After I saw The Truman Show for the first time when I was ten years old I spent the next couple of months convinced that I was living in a television show. Twelve years later, I still occasionally feel like this is the case.

Hobbies

Drawing, stand up paddle boarding, losing in March Madness brackets by not predicting enough upsets.

Business Career

Apart from his time spent on JaB Publishers activities, Ben started working as Head of Marketing at Old Greenwich Consultants in June 2014.
